What information we collect
When you contact us through this website we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the services you have asked about. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, enquiry details are kept for up to six months and then deleted. If you become a client, your information is retained for six years after the end of our engagement, in line with UK legal, tax and professional record-keeping obligations, and then securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, contact richard@fidelityaccountants.com.
